1<\/span><h3>Organizational Diagnosis<\/h3><p>Conducting an initial assessment to identify the <b>organization\u2019s maturity level<\/b> regarding certification requirements.<\/p><p>During this stage, a form is completed to map existing practices, opportunities for improvement, and key challenges for implementing the established criteria.<\/p><\/li><li><span class=\"et\">Step 2<\/span><h3>Strategic Planning<\/h3><p>Based on the diagnosis performed, a <b>customized action plan<\/b> is developed, containing guidelines, priorities, a timeline, and the measures necessary to meet the requirements that will subsequently be evaluated by ABNT.<\/p><\/li><li><span class=\"et\">Step 3<\/span><h3>Training and Implementation of Good Practices<\/h3><p>The organization receives <b>specialized consulting<\/b>, technical support, and training to structure policies, procedures, protocols, and actions aimed at preventing and addressing violence against women, fostering the effective implementation of required best practices.<\/p><\/li><li><span class=\"et\">Step 4<\/span><h3>Assessment of Requirements (ABNT)<\/h3><p>At this stage, the formal assessment process with ABNT begins, including:<\/p><ul><li>Completion of the <b>Preliminary Assessment Questionnaire (QAP)<\/b>;<\/li><li>Analysis of compliance with requirements applicable to the organization;<\/li><li>Acceptance of the commercial proposal and definition of the certification audit scope.<\/li><\/ul><p><a href=\"https:\/\/abnt.org.br\/certificacao\/nos-por-elas\" Against Women\u201d<\/b>, the organization will receive the certification and be authorized to use the <b>N\u00f3s Por Elas\/ABNT Seal<\/b>, demonstrating its institutional commitment to environments the intended certification category, based on progressive criteria regarding maturity and institutional commitment to preventing and addressing violence against women.<\/p><div class=\"bt\"><a class=\"rl\"><li><b>1<\/b><span>The Organization must submit a Commitment Statement regarding the fight against violence against women and the promotion of their rights, signed by the Organization's legal representative.<\/span><\/li><li><b>2<\/b><span>The Organization must provide evidence of the promotion of the \"Red Signal\" campaign (Federal Law 14.188\/21).<\/span><\/li><li><b>3<\/b><span>The Organization must conduct at least two (2) educational activities per year aimed at combating violence against women, directed at its members and\/or the local community.<\/span><\/li><li><b>4<\/b><span>Members must be trained to receive, with confidentiality and discretion, a victim seeking help, and to notify the competent authorities.<\/span><\/li><li><b>5<\/b><span>The Organization's Code of Ethics (or equivalent document) must incorporate issues regarding the protection of women's rights.<\/span><\/li><li><b>6<\/b><span>The internal compliance function (or equivalent department) must adopt measures to ensure the Organization's compliance with the policy on the protection of women who are victims of violence.<\/span><\/li><li><b>7<\/b><span>The Organization must have an ombudsman's office, a telephone hotline, and\/or a designated focal point to receive reports and refer them to the responsible authorities in cases of violence against women.<\/span><\/li><li><b>8<\/b><span>The Organization must establish partnerships with NGOs, companies, or public or private institutions for cooperation and the development of measures aimed at protecting women who are victims of violence.<\/span><\/li><li><b>9<\/b><span>The Organization must use social media (or other communication channels) to disseminate and raise awareness about issues related to combating violence against women.<\/span><\/li><li><b>10<\/b><span>The Organization must develop internal projects, programs, or committees aimed at addressing violence against women.<\/span><\/li><li><b>11<\/b><span>The Organization has internal protocols in place should any member experience violence.<\/span><\/li><li><b>12<\/b><span>Does the Organization have a written procedure for handling reports of violence occurring within the Organization and maintain records of statistics related to this procedure?<\/span><\/li><li><b>13<\/b><span>The Organization must have internal programs or guidelines to direct its members to seek psychological and\/or legal assistance, and must also have women staffing its ombuds office or reporting channels to investigate complaints.<\/span><\/li><li><b>14<\/b><span>The Organization has an initiative to encourage the recruitment of women who are
